All orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, or FedEx, fully tracked and insured.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

United States & Canada

Delivery Time: 7–10 business days
All U.S. orders are shipped with duties and import taxes fully prepaid by Hestern.
U.S. customers will not be charged any customs duties or import fees.
The price you see at checkout is the final price with no hidden charges.

Canadian orders may be subject to local duties and taxes determined by Canadian customs authorities.

Australia

Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days

For remote areas in Australia:

Additional remote area delivery charges may apply
You will be informed by email before shipment
Orders may be shipped via FedEx, DHL Express, or India Post

If shipped by India Post, remote area charges will not apply, but delivery may take 9–13 business days.

United Kingdom & Europe

Delivery Time: 7–12 business days

UK and EU customers may be charged VAT, customs duties, and import taxes by their local authorities upon arrival.
These charges typically range between 10–20% of the order value, depending on country regulations.

Rest of the World

We ship worldwide, including most remote regions.

Delivery Time: 10–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and destination.

📌 Express & Remote Area Shipping

If you select express shipping and your address falls within a remote delivery zone:

The express shipping fee may be adjusted to cover remote area charges
In such cases, the order may be shipped using standard shipping instead
Delivery will be completed within 6–8 business days

Delivery estimates are indicative only. Remote regions in Europe and North America may experience additional delays.

⏱ Late Delivery Policy

In the event of delayed delivery, Hestern will make every reasonable effort to assist with tracking and resolution.

However, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for delays caused by:

Courier service issues (FedEx, DHL, USPS)
Customs clearance delays
Weather disruptions, pandemics, or service interruptions

Once a valid tracking number has been provided, shipping delays are outside our direct control and are not eligible for refunds.

All our products are handcrafted and hand-stitched with great attention to detail. Due to high demand, there may be rare instances where an item goes out of stock even after your order has been placed. In such cases, we may require up to 30 days to carefully craft and fulfill your order. If, for any reason, your order is delayed beyond 30 days, you are absolutely entitled to request a full refund.

🌎 Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Policy

United States

Under current U.S. customs regulations (de minimis threshold of USD $800):

All Hestern U.S. shipments are sent with duties and import taxes fully prepaid
U.S. customers will never be asked to pay customs, duty, or import charges
All product prices for U.S. customers are inclusive of duties and taxes

Canada, UK, EU & Rest of World

For international customers outside the United States:

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are determined by your local government
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees
Customers are fully responsible for paying any applicable import fees upon delivery

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs charges:

No refund will be issued
Original shipping costs will not be refunded

We are unable to estimate these charges in advance, as they vary by country and order value. Please contact your local customs office for accurate information before placing your order.
